Fermium, named after Enrico Fermi, was discovered in 1953. Like einsteinium, fermium was first isolated from the debris of the testing of the hydrogen-bomb in 1952. Because it is short-lived, scientists doubt that enough fermium will ever be obtained to be weighed.
