6.5 Types of Reactions Double-replacement reactions 6.6 Endothermic and exothermic reactions 6.7 Acids and bases Let’s do some cool chemistry before Spring Break. Bring some grungy pennies to class. The dirtier the better. We’re going to do some chemical reactions and clean some pennies. It’ll be lots of fun!! 6.4 What is an aqueous solution? 6.5 Types of Reactions Combination or Synthesis reactions Decomposition Reactions Combustion reactions Single-replacement reactions Download the observations from today’s demonstration and complete the Double Replacement reactions. We will use the solubility rules table to determine the physical states of the products for each reaction. Bring these reactions to tutorial this week! 6.1 Law of conservation of energy 6.2 Chemical reactions: Law of conservation of mass 6.3 Balancing chemical equations |
